We add more fat into baked goods which are to be frozen so that the water, or moisture, in the products will not get lost.
This results in a stronger taste, better smoothness and a delicious smell of the product.
Freezing is one of the oldest natural ecological methods for extending the life of products.
Sometimes, unlike in the case of freshly delivered baked goods, these goods do not contain various ingredients used for preserving a 24-hour smoothness, as is required by retailers.
