We produce pastries solely from the original recipes of our grandmothers with an extra large share of fillings, and the used ingredients are under constant control. We have started to produce pastries in a new and modern operation which meets all the latest hygiene and other certification requirements.
Some of our products have achieved the title „Czech Product Guaranteed by the Federation of the Food and Drink Industries of the Czech Republic“ and „Regional Product of the Central Bohemian Region“.
This product group includes:
- rolls with poppy seed filling
- rolls with cream cheese filling
- rolls with plum butter
- cakes with poppy seed filling
- cakes with cream cheese filling
These products are mostly made from Czech ingredients, i.e. flour, butter, eggs, fruit, cream, oil and everything else necessary from Czech producers.
